Terms and Conditions

DEFINITIONS

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meanings set out below:

  • Customer — a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal entity, or an organisational unit without legal personality, placing Orders and purchasing Products in the Store.
  • Terms and Conditions — these terms and conditions, which constitute the terms of service within the meaning of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services. These Terms and Conditions define the general rules for using the Website, as well as the terms of distance sale of Products, after-sale service terms, and the rights and obligations of the Customer and the Seller under the Sales Agreement.
  • Store — the online sales platform for Products offered by the Seller to Customers, enabling the purchase of Products.
  • Product/Goods — a movable item offered by the Seller through the Store (this term also includes accessories and components delivered to the Customer).
  • Seller — ANYCIRCLE Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Gdańsk (ul. Wały Jagiellońskie 28/30 lok. 2, 80-853 Gdańsk, Poland), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001227372, NIP: 5842881742, REGON: 544157186, with share capital of PLN 5,000 (capital not yet covered), conducting the sale of Products through the ANYSNIFF Store at https://www.anysniff.com/, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller".
  • Order — a declaration of intent by the Customer aimed at concluding a Sales Agreement, constituting an offer to conclude a sales agreement, specifying in particular the type and quantity of the Product.
  • Price — the amount specified in Polish złoty (including applicable taxes) due to the Seller for the provision of a service or delivery of Products to the Customer under the Sales Agreement.
  • Sales Agreement — a sales agreement within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code and the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended), concluded at a distance, i.e. through the Store, between the Customer and the Seller.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the online store at https://www.anysniff.com/, operated by ANYCIRCLE Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Gdańsk (ul. Wały Jagiellońskie 28/30 lok. 2, 80-853 Gdańsk, Poland), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001227372, NIP: 5842881742, REGON: 544157186, with share capital of PLN 5,000 (capital not yet covered).
  2. Any person who takes steps to use the services of the ANYSNIFF Online Store at https://www.anysniff.com/ is required to comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Terms and Conditions of the ANYSNIFF Online Store are permanently available on the website at https://www.anysniff.com/, in a manner enabling their retrieval, reproduction, and storage by printing or saving to a data carrier at any time.
  4. The ANYSNIFF Online Store offers products intended exclusively for adult Customers (18+).
  5. The Seller is not liable for the use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose as defined by the Manufacturer.
  6. Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by generally applicable laws, in particular:
    • the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002,
    • the Act on Consumer Rights of 30 May 2014,
    • the Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes of 23 September 2016,
    • the Act on Combating Unfair Market Practices of 23 August 2007,
    • the Civil Code of 23 April 1964.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES

  1. Use of the Website requires that the Customer's device and IT system meet the following minimum technical requirements:
    • a web browser in the latest version of IE, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, or Safari;
    • cookies enabled (https://www.anysniff.com/privacy-policy);
    • recommended resolution: 320px, 480px, 768px, 992px, 1200px;
    • receiving email messages requires a computer, phone, or other device with internet access capable of receiving email.

PERSONAL DATA AND COOKIES

  1. The Store uses cookies to ensure security and a high level of customer service. The Customer may change cookie settings at any time. More information about cookies can be found in the Privacy Policy at https://www.anysniff.com/privacy-policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. All content published in the Online Store is protected by copyright and is the property of ANYCIRCLE Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością.
  2. Use of this content for commercial purposes or presentation in any media without the Seller's consent is prohibited.
  3. Further distribution of Products without the creator's consent constitutes copyright infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability.

PRODUCT REVIEWS

  1. The Online Store does not provide a facility for publishing product reviews within the Store.

PLACING ORDERS AND CONCLUDING A SALES AGREEMENT

  1. Orders for Products are accepted exclusively electronically through the ANYSNIFF Online Store at https://www.anysniff.com/.
  2. To place an Order for a Product, the Customer must add it to the cart, select its properties and quantity (where available), accept the required consents, confirm, and pay for the Order.
  3. Placing an Order is not equivalent to concluding a Sales Agreement but constitutes an offer to conclude such an agreement.
  4. Before accepting an Order, the Customer will be informed of:
    • the main characteristics of the Product,
    • the total price of the Product including taxes,
    • shipping costs,
    • the right to withdraw from the agreement.
  5. During the Order process, the Customer specifies Order details through the EasyCart payment cart, including:
    • email address,
    • invoice details (if the Customer wishes to receive a VAT invoice),
    • payment method.
  6. A correctly completed Order form is required to place an Order. An Order with an incorrectly completed form may not be processed.
  7. During the Order process, by providing their email address, the Customer automatically registers a Customer Account in accordance with the EasyCart payment cart terms. See the EasyCart terms at https://www.easycart.pl/regulamin-dla-kupujacych.
  8. Registration of a Customer Account in EasyCart is necessary for the Seller to process the Customer's Order.
  9. The Customer expresses their intent to conclude a Sales Agreement by clicking the "order" button.
  10. The Sales Agreement is concluded when the Seller accepts the Order for processing. The Customer is notified by a confirmation email sent to the email address provided during the Order.
  11. Order processing begins once payment has been received by the Seller.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

  1. All Product prices are expressed in Polish złoty and include VAT (where applicable).
  2. The price listed for each Product is binding at the time the Customer places an Order.
  3. The Seller reserves the right to change Product prices in the Store, introduce new Products, run and cancel promotional campaigns, and use unique promotional codes available outside the Store. These rights do not affect the prices of Products in Orders placed before the date of any price change or promotion.
  4. A proof of purchase is provided electronically to the email address specified by the Customer during the Order process.
  5. During promotional sales and clearance events, Products are available at promotional prices only for the specified duration of the promotion or sale.
  6. The Seller has entrusted the handling of the Product ordering process, including payment processing and fulfilment of obligations under these Terms, to the operator of the EasyCart service available at www.easycart.pl. The EasyCart operator acts in this regard on behalf of and for the account of the Seller.
  7. The Customer makes payment for the Product through the payment methods available in EasyCart (https://www.easycart.pl/regulamin-dla-kupujacych#2).
  8. Payments for Products are processed in accordance with the rules and terms of the payment system operator — Stripe, available at: https://stripe.com/en-pl/privacy.
  9. The Seller enables payment for Orders through the payment methods available in EasyCart.
  10. After completing the Order in the Online Store, the Customer is redirected to the appropriate EasyCart page to complete and pay for the Order.
  11. To use all EasyCart features, including purchasing Products from the Seller through EasyCart, the Customer must register in EasyCart, i.e. create an Account and follow the EasyCart terms at https://www.easycart.pl/regulamin-dla-kupujacych.
  12. For payments via the electronic payment system, the Customer pays before Order processing begins. The electronic payment system enables payment by credit card or express bank transfer from selected Polish and international banks.
  13. The Customer is required to pay the price under the Sales Agreement within 3 business days from the date of its conclusion, unless the Sales Agreement provides otherwise.
  14. The service will only be performed after payment has been made.

DELIVERY

  1. The Customer may choose the following delivery methods for ordered Products:
    • courier delivery;
    • delivery to a parcel locker (Paczkomat).
  2. The Seller provides information on the number of business days required for Order processing and delivery in the Product description on https://www.anysniff.com/.
  3. The delivery and Order processing time is counted in business days in accordance with Section VII, point 2.
  4. If Products included in an Order have different processing times, the longest processing time applies to the entire Order.
  5. Delivery costs are displayed after adding products to the cart and selecting the preferred delivery method.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  1. The Customer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement for a Product purchased in the ANYSNIFF Store without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the Product (delivery or collection from a pick-up point), in accordance with Article 27 of the Polish Act on Consumer Rights (https://uokik.gov.pl/downloadId/1224).
  2. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient to send a withdrawal statement to the email address hello@anysniff.com.
  3. In the event of withdrawal from a distance Sales Agreement, the agreement is considered void.
  4. All refunds will be processed by the Seller no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal statement, using the same payment method used by the Customer. No additional costs are charged for the refund.
  5. After submitting the withdrawal statement, the Customer is required to return the Product to the Seller promptly, but no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal, unless the Seller has offered to collect the item. Sending the item before the deadline expires is sufficient to meet the requirement.

COMPLAINTS

  1. Any complaints regarding the functioning of ANYSNIFF and the concluded service agreement should be directed to the Seller electronically at: hello@anysniff.com.
  2. The Seller undertakes to deliver Products in accordance with the Agreement.
  3. The Seller is liable for non-conformity of the Product with the agreement under the terms set out in the Polish Act on Consumer Rights — for Customers who are consumers (https://prawakonsumenta.uokik.gov.pl/reklamacja/niezgodnosc/).
  4. The warranty of fitness for entrepreneurs is excluded.
  5. The Seller processes complaints promptly, no later than 14 days from receipt, in accordance with Articles 43h–43q of the Polish Act on Consumer Rights.
  6. The Seller is not liable for use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose. In such cases, the Seller also reserves the right to reject the customer's complaint.
  7. Consumers are entitled to use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, including in particular:
    • Permanent Consumer Arbitration Courts at the Provincial Inspectorates of Trade Inspection;
    • Municipal (district) Consumer Ombudsmen;
    • The ODR platform, available at: europa.eu/odr — a platform for resolving disputes between consumers and traders seeking out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online sales or service agreements;
    • other authorised entities listed in the register at: http://polubowne.uokik.gov.pl/rejestr,5,pl.html.

WARRANTY

  1. Information about the existence and terms of the warranty, including its duration, is provided in the Product description on the ANYSNIFF Store website.

FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. For the avoidance of doubt, none of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions limits the rights of consumers under the applicable laws of the Republic of Poland. If any provision is found to have such a character, the applicable laws of the Republic of Poland shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights.
  2. Any disputes between the Seller and a Customer who is a consumer shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Polish Code of Civil Procedure. The Seller also permits mediation proceedings. The consumer is entitled to refer to a permanent consumer arbitration court at the Trade Inspection, a provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection, or to obtain free assistance in resolving a dispute from a district (municipal) consumer ombudsman (https://uokik.gov.pl/rzecznicy-konsumentow).
  3. Any disputes between the Seller and a Customer who is not a consumer shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court competent for the Seller's registered office (Gdańsk).
  4. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any changes shall take effect on the date specified in the Terms and Conditions of the ANYSNIFF Online Store.
  5. Orders placed before the effective date of any amendments to these Terms and Conditions shall be processed on the basis of the provisions in force on the date the Order was placed.
  6. These Terms and Conditions apply to agreements concluded from 18 March 2026.
